A little about counseling with me…

My goal is to create a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe and heard. Working together we will create goals and develop solutions to life’s toughest challenges. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities based on the presenting problems and client goals. Some of these include CBT/DBT, solutions focused and interpersonal psychotherapy. 

I work hard to empower my clients and support their personal  growth.
